These Terms of Service govern your use of the 7 Days Closer website and SMS Bible study challenge service operated by 7 Days Closer LLC, a Utah limited liability company.

By purchasing or participating in the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

7 Days Closer is a 7-day SMS-based Bible study challenge. Upon purchasing, you receive daily Bible passages and reflection prompts via text for 7 consecutive days. The Service includes:

• A personalized daily Bible passage selected by AI based on your goals
• A 7 PM reminder if no response has been recorded for the day
• A hard deadline of 11:59 PM each day to submit your response
• Immediate challenge termination if a deadline is missed
• An option to restart for $1-$10 (your choice) if your challenge ends early
• An optional monthly subscription upon successful completion

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Payment

The initial 7-day challenge costs $1.00-$10.00 USD (your choice). A restart also costs $1.00-$10.00 USD (your choice). A monthly subscription costs a monthly fee at the price you select (ranging from $5 to $20 per month). All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4. Refund Policy

We stand behind our Service with a satisfaction guarantee:

• Challenge and restart purchases: If you complete all 7 days and feel the experience was not worth it, you are eligible for a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of completing the challenge by emailing [email protected].
• Monthly subscriptions: No refunds are issued for partial months already billed. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

5. SMS Consent and Opt-Out

By providing your phone number and completing a purchase, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from 7 Days Closer LLC. Message frequency is typically 1–3 messages per day during your active challenge.

Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Note that opting out ends your participation with no refund. Reply HELP for assistance.

6. Challenge Rules

• You must respond to your daily passage before 11:59 PM in your local timezone
• Missing a deadline ends your challenge immediately with no refund
• Responses must be genuine — automated replies may result in disqualification
• The Service is for personal, non-commercial use only

7. Intellectual Property

All content on 7dayscloser.com is owned by 7 Days Closer LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission. Bible passages are sourced from publicly available translations.

8. User-Generated Content

You retain full ownership of any reflections, notes, guidance conversations, and other content you submit through the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant 7 Days Closer LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to use your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service, including AI analysis, passage personalization, and service delivery.

• We will not sell your User Content, share it publicly, or use it for external AI model training
• Your User Content will be deleted upon request — email [email protected] to request account and content deletion
• You are responsible for the content you submit and agree not to submit illegal, harmful, or abusive content

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any particular spiritual outcome. The Service is not a substitute for professional counseling or religious guidance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7 Days Closer LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utah.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
