These Terms of Service govern your use of the 7 Days Closer website and SMS Bible study challenge service operated by 7 Days Closer LLC, a Utah limited liability company.
By participating in the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
7 Days Closer is a 7-day SMS-based Bible study challenge. Upon signing up, you receive daily Bible passages and reflection prompts via text for 7 consecutive days. The Service includes:
You must be at least 18 years old to participate. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
The 7-day challenge, restarts, and continued daily passages after completion are provided free of charge. You may choose to make a voluntary one-time or recurring contribution to help keep the Service free and growing. Contributions are optional and not tax-deductible. A few extras — audio readings, the narrated explainer, and Passage Q&A — are available to members who have made a contribution of any size; the challenge itself is the same for everyone. 7 Days Closer LLC is a for-profit company, not a charity. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Members who joined under our earlier paid plans keep their existing pricing until they cancel.
Contributions are voluntary support for the Service, not purchases of goods or services. All contributions are non-refundable, and 7 Days Closer LLC reserves the right to decline any refund request at its sole discretion.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

By providing your phone number and signing up, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from 7 Days Closer LLC. Message frequency is typically 1–3 messages per day during your active challenge.

By using the Service, you grant 7 Days Closer LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to use your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service, including AI analysis, passage personalization, and service delivery.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any particular spiritual outcome. The Service is not a substitute for professional counseling or religious guidance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7 Days Closer LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utah.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
